These beautiful chocolate mousse cakes are made by Rochelle Williams from The Dessert Artist. Rochelle went to Humber College for Advanced Chocolate and Confectionery Artistry. She recently completed the LiftOff program for Black entrepreneurs, winning the Black Business Showcase Pitch Competition in KW. She works out of the Wooden Boat Commissary Kitchen just outside of Downtown Kitchener.
Each cake serves 2 people. Choose between:
- I love you more than chocolate: Chocolate mousse with a caramel ganache and chocolate cake in a dark chocolate shell. Ingredients: butter, 35% cream, eggs, sugar, fish gelatin, vanilla, salt, cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda, milk chocolate, dark chocolate
- I love you berry much: Strawberry mousse with vanilla pastry cream and vanilla cake in a ruby chocolate shell. Ingredients: strawberry puree, eggs, sugar, fish gelatin, 35% cream, butter, cornstarch, baking powder, vanilla, milk, salt, ruby chocolate
