We are launching a bougie burrata salad series starting Wednesday, August 16th!!
Each saladwill be thoughtfully prepared by our in-house chef, Julia McIntosh. Salads will be made when you arrive (expect to wait about 5 minutes) and will be available for pick up between 11am and 2pm.
Optional add-ons: Focaccia and/or Small Bouquet of Local Flowers.
The menu is as follows:
August 16th: Burrata with Local (Heirloom) Tomatoes, Basil Pistachio Pesto, Olive oil, Balsamic + Fleur de Sel
August 23rd:Burrata with Grilled Peaches, Arugula, Mint, Dukkah + Local Honey
August 30th:Burrata with Grilled Summer Vegetables (zucchini, eggplant), Local Greens + Olive Tapenade
