Legacy Greens grocery store is located in downtown Kitchener, at 18 Ontario Street North. We specialize in fresh produce, local foods, eggs, dairy, healthy grab-and-go snacks, and food-focused gifts. We believe everything is better when fresh — that’s why we roll with the seasons. We strive to offer unique, inspiring flavours to the downtown Kitchener community.

 

Produce Box Subscriptions

We offer produce box subscriptions on Wednesdays. Pick up runs between 2pm and 6pm. Find out more.

Where we began

In an exploration of agriculture and entrepreneurship, Legacy Greens Founder, Jordan Dolson, started a part time market garden in 2014 on her parents' dairy farm in Atwood, Ontario.  This market garden continued until the end of 2018, supplying our store with greens, herbs, tomatoes and ground cherries. Our focus going forward is to concentrate on our store in Downtown Kitchener while partnering with local growers and food entrepreneurs.
