As part of Downtown Kitchener's Palette to Palate event, we are hosting a Kids Lego Contest in our upstairs space.

Kids 12 and Under can enter by building a LEGO creation of a restaurant, café, or music festival stage. DTK Palette to Palate festival goers will be able to vote for their favourite LEGO creation. Our upstairs viewing area will be open 10am to 8pm on Saturday, June 14th, 2025.

Contest Rules:

• Kids 12 and under can participate
• Base plate size limit: 30cm by 30cm
• Heigh limit: 50cm
• 95% of materials must be made of Lego
• Must be an original design
• 2 entries per person allowed

Drop Off/Pick Up

• Submissions can be dropped off during store hours on June 11th, 12th, and 13th
• Registration will happen in person at drop off (Child's first name, age, description of Lego Creation, and contact information for parent will be collected)
• Winners will be announced on Sunday, June 15th. There will be prizes for category winners!
• Submissions can be picked up June 18th to 22nd. Submissions that are not picked up by the end of June will be donated.
